vertical was formed in 2000 and now has OnBase installed in over 650 healthcare clinics

Verity. Teleform is a cost competitive forms processing system that provides OCR, ICR and OMR
processing of forms designed with the Teleform designer or existing forms with the creation of
a recognition template. Teleform is effective in applications where the capture of data on a
form can replace the manual data entry with OCR, ICR and OMR recognition and automated processing.
